on my testing site is this guide working

On admin panel turn off vf and setup video conversation to the settings on the screen

#2

libfaac is not the default audio encoder, it should be libfdk_aac

#3

problem is even today (just d/l from github) fresh install of clipbucket has libfaac in the templates as default and no matter how many times I have mentioned it or asked where template files located to fix I have gotten no answer.

#4

The conversion setting comes from the admin area which is independent of any template, You can just change the encoder manually.
